Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to return your items.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Please include your invoice or (a note with your order number) with your returned items so we can process your refund as soon as possible.

We do not offer free returns unfortunately, Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We do recommend the tracked or signed service to ensure it reaches us and we can process your refund promptly.
Unfortunately no exchanges on international orders, you would need to return for a refund then place a new order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, Do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are happy to accept exchanges from the United kingdom. Please contact us via email with your exhange requests.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Your refund will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and should show on your account within 10 business days.

International customers
Unfortunately we do not cover customs tax if you were to be charged. If parcel is refused & retuned to us because of this we will refund you for your purchase but not for the original postage costs.
